projectWhiteCavas – supports “artist open call” event

projectWhiteCavas takes a leap to the other side of the river, not East Portland but over the Columbia River to Vancouver. pWC is partnering with the Artist Collective and local artist to secure a vacant space to hold an “artist open call” event. Based on reach in Portland with Eastside Industrial Council, No Vacancy Project and using the format of www.portlandcityart.org there just might be a great recipe for success.
